STOCK ~ I make every effort to have all items in stock, but

due to unforeseen demand or other circumstance beyond my

control, I am occasionally out of stock of an item.  I

endeavour to notify you via e-mail if any item you ordered is

out of stock and will advise you as to when I expect more of

that product - usually 2 working days.  You can then decide

whether you want the item shipped at a later date, or wish

to cancel the item. If you do encounter delays, always put a

small gift in with your order (usually some threads) to

apologise for the inconvenience I have caused to you!

 

RETURNS ~ I accept returns within 7 days but you must

cover P&P unless the problems is due to faulty goods!

Returns must arrive back in a saleable condition (unless

faulty)!
