Do you post internationally?
Sorry, we currently only post to the UK.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched the following working day, and you will be emailed tracking details so you can see when to expect it.
If you are ordering Felt Shapes these are cut to order, so please allow 3-4 working days for dispatch.
My discount wasn't applied at checkout, what should I do?
In some circumstances automatic discounts don't get applied at the check out stage, particularly if the Express Checkout option is used.
If you are looking to apply a discount code, or expecting an automatic discount, such as buy 10 get 2 free, please use the full checkout process rather than the Express Checkout option.
If you have already paid for your order, don't worry! Please contact us with your order number (this will show on the email you receive confirming your order), and details of the discount/offer you were expecting.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
In the first instance please check the tracking details you have been provided with.
There are occasional delays in the post, so please allow up to 7 days (10 days for Felt Shape order).
If there is still no sign of your order by then please contact us with your order number (this will show on the email you receive confirming your order) and we will investigate.
Do you provide samples?
You can order shade cards for both our ranges of felt at the links below. You will also find a sample size option for all colours of felt in our shop.
Is Felt Fairy felt safe to use for toys?
Yes, our wool blend felt meets the EN71 standard for toys. Copies of certification are available on request.
How thick is Felt Fairy felt?
Our felt is approximately 1mm thick.
Is Felt Fairy felt washable?
Wool Blend Felt:
This felt is not washable, though it can be dry cleaned. If it gets a bit crumpled it can be ironed with a cool iron, but please place a cloth between the iron and felt, just to be on the safe side!
Polyester Felt:
This felt is washable. To avoid colours staining other fabrics, wash separately, on a cool, 30 minute wash. Colours may fade. As with the wool felt, it can be ironed with a cool iron, but please place a cloth between the iron and felt.
