Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

We delivery to the UK only. Shipping to some international locations is available through our Etsy shop.

Most orders are dispatched the following working day, and you will be emailed tracking details so you can see when to expect it.

If you are ordering Felt Shapes these are cut to order, so please allow 3-4 working days for dispatch.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail

Returns

We accept returns on all items apart from Felt Shapes as these are cut to order. 

Under distance selling regulations you are entitled to cancel an order within 14 days. 

If you wish to return an item please let us know. Once we have received it back we will issue you with a full refund or a replacement item.

Please note returned items must be unused/unopened, unless found to be faulty. 

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer. However if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs.
